1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ZenDial, an Android phone-dialer application published by GeeksAxis ("GeeksAxis", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using ZenDial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and License Agreement.

2. Description of Service

ZenDial lets you set it as your device's default phone app to place and receive calls, manage call history, screen and block unwanted calls through configurable rules ("Modes" and "Number Rules"), and manage contacts. Some features are free with ads; a one-time "Premium" purchase removes ads.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use ZenDial. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

4. Default Dialer Role

Setting ZenDial as your default phone app is your choice and can be changed at any time in Android Settings > Apps > Default apps > Phone app. Some ZenDial features require it to remain your default dialer to function.

5. Call Screening Is Not Guaranteed

ZenDial's Modes and Number Rules act on the rules you configure. We do not maintain a spam or robocall database, and we cannot guarantee that every unwanted call will be blocked or that every rule you set will never block a call you wanted. You are solely responsible for reviewing and configuring your own call-screening rules, and for any missed or blocked call that results from them.

6. Purchases & Billing

ZenDial offers a one-time, non-subscription "Premium" purchase that removes ads, processed through Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. Pricing is set and displayed by Google Play in your local currency. All payment processing is handled by Google Play — GeeksAxis does not receive or store your card details. Refunds are governed entirely by Google Play's refund policy; GeeksAxis does not independently issue refunds outside of that process.

7. Advertising

Free-tier use of ZenDial includes banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are never shown on the in-call screen or during the process of placing, answering, or ending a call. Purchasing Premium removes all ads.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use ZenDial for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or unlawful call blocking of emergency or public services; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by applicable law; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the App, RevenueCat, AdMob, or Google Play Billing integrations.

9. Intellectual Property

ZenDial, its design, and its GeeksAxis-authored code are the property of GeeksAxis. ZenDial also incorporates open-source and third-party software components, each governed by their own licenses.

10. Third-Party Services

ZenDial relies on Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob to function. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms: Google Play Terms of Service and RevenueCat Terms of Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZenDial is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every incoming or outgoing call will be handled without failure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeeksAxis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, missed calls, or lost business, arising from your use of or inability to use ZenDial.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZenDial if you violate these Terms. You may stop using ZenDial and uninstall it at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of ZenDial after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
